Latreece Dickerson
Clinical Director/Therapist
I believe everyone is capable of change, especially when one feels empowered and supportive to reach one’s goals. I use various treatment modalities, such as, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and solution focused treatment to assist my patients to gain personal insight and bring about healthy changes. I work collaboratively with my patients and families to offer support, insight, and opportunities for change. I help my patients identify personal strengths and additional resources to aide in their mental health. Most of all, I provide a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment for my patients.

Jeremy Mason
Therapist
My name is Jeremy Mason, and I hold a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. I have served the city of Chicago since 2015, where I’ve encountered the complex realities of trauma, substance use, and untreated mental health conditions in some of the city’s most vulnerable communities. These experiences shaped my understanding of how critical mental health services are and fueled my decision to pursue a career in counseling. I often found myself in situations where individuals needed more than legal intervention, they needed someone who could listen, understand, and help them navigate emotional and psychological pain. This realization inspired me to return to school and commit to the field of mental health. My background has given me a unique perspective in working with clients affected by trauma, crisis, and systemic challenges, and I’m dedicated to bridging the gap between community care and mental health services through a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach.

In addition to her clinical work, she has taught undergraduate psychology courses as an adjunct instructor, mentoring students and sharing her real-world experience. Beatrice Allen
Therapist- MA
Beatrice has a MS in Special Education-interventions from Purdue University and a MA in Psychology from The Chicago School Professional Psychology. I've been in the field of Behavioral and Mental Health over 20 years: Interventions, Behavior Mgt and now moving forward in a more therapeutic approach.
My Experience: Behavioral, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, teens, young adults, seniors. Implementation: Cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, family-oriented practices and holistic approaches (mind, body & spirit).
Experiencing traumatic and childhood events in my life, has helped me have a better insight of trauma, its short and long term impact on people's lives. We have let too much of our past define "who we are", whether it's words spoken over us or experiencing trauma. I do believe an individual can be healed through empowerment, the "right tools" in place, the willingness and desire to be healed, holistically: mind body and spirit (Redefining who you are). I tell clients " this is not an "I", this is a team effort. We're working in this together, but you must have the desire to be healed. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients.
